LINK Restaurant, Bar and Lounge is located on 15th street at the corner of Irving Place in the Zeckendorf building, one block from Union Square and in the heart of the historic Gramercy district.

Here, award-winning British-born executive Chef, Julian Clauss-Ehlers, spins an electric mix of flavors with a globetrotting range of culinary influences. Dishes like seared sea scallops wrapped in brick pastry with roast Provencal vegetables and pesto sauce($18.50), char grilled marinated spatchcock Cornish hen with wilted baby spinach, arugula, cherry tomatoes, scallions and a side of whole-wheat cous cous($16.00)and flash fried filets of red mullet served on a chorizo and butter bean cassoulet with a side of warm garlic bread($17.00), combined with the chefs signature fashion sense (look for his occasional "James Bond-style" sweeps through the dining room) convey a unique charm and warmth amidst the flurry of dining opportunities in New York's famed Union Square.

In its chic, comfortable lounge, LINK also offers an "Amuse" menu. Tantalizing tastes designed to amuse the palette, these small plates can be enjoyed alone or shared. Options include salt baked bliss potatoes filled with caramelized onions, smoked bacon and Gruyere cheese ($2.50), brochettes of sate chicken and cucumber salad ($4.00) and the always-popular Haloumi cheese on baby arugula leaves and crushed black pepper ($2.50)

LINK owner Shaul Natan, a seasoned New York restaurateur has created a slick, L-shaped space centered around one of New York's only island bars, where diners can relax over drinks or enjoy a full meal. The menu of creative cocktails features modern martinis and drinks like the Southern Twist (absolut citron, peach pucker, topped with the Link lemon twist) and the Flirtini (Stoli Raspberry,Fresh lime and cranberry, topped with champagne bubbles), all under $10.
