Ohm Spa is all about therapy - massage therapy, skin therapy, nail therapy and even "escape-from-the-city" therapy. Each treatment is customized to address individual concerns and uses the most effective products and techniques.

Single technique full-body massage therapy
These individualized treatments not only relax and calm, they also help to prevent injury, speed muscle development and recovery and ease the physical strains of everyday living.

Swedish
This European technique uses long, fluid strokes to calm and settle the body, relax the mind and restore energy.

Deep Tissue
Deep, intensive holds and releases stimulate enhanced blood-flow to restricted areas and relieve seized or overly tight muscles that are unable to fully release on their own. Also facilitates the release of lactic acid and other waste products that contribute to soreness, stiffness and sluggishness. For extra time on particularly seized trouble spots, we highly recommend a 90-minute session.

Sports Massage
This blend of Swedish and Shiatsu techniques, with varying depths of pressure and speed, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, promote flexibility and prevent injury. This technique can alleviate stress and tension, which build up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity. Ideal for the athletically inclined.

Shiatsu
An Eastern pain-relieving technique that relies on pressure with the thumbs, fingers and palms. Benefits include improved skin flexibility and increased energy levels, as well as improvements in the circulatory, muscular, digestive, endocrine, nervous and immune systems of the body.

Stone Massage
Stone massage utilizes the application of hot or cold basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body. Hot stones expand the blood vessels while cold stones cause the blood vessels to contract, creating improved circulatory flow and allowing for manipulation of a greater intensity than with traditional massage.

Skin Therapy

Our skincare therapists are trained in specialized treatments designed to effectively address your skincare concerns, as well as identify and treat all skin types and conditions.

All of our guests will receive a 5 to 10-minute consultation and evaluation of their skin by a skilled skincare therapist and undergo a recommended treatment approach to address their unique skin needs. Please see our Plantogen treatments, specifically offered for guests who prefer only plant-derived ingredients.

For most treatments, aromatherapy and botanical mixtures are available as supplements for an ultimately relaxing experience. Please discuss these options with your skincare therapist and inform us of any prescription medications you're using that might cause contraindications.
