Cancellations and rescheduling require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and 48 hours notice for packages or multiple services.

Cancellations or rescheduling for parties of 3 or more requires 72 hours notice. No-shows or cancellations made after the recommended period may be billed in full.

20% gratuity will be added to all parties of 4 or more

All reservations must be held with a credit card
