This Fall, Butter proudly introduces a new menu under the direction of Executive Chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli, formerly the Fish Chef and Sous Chef at Daniel. Butter's Fall menu will feature Ms. Guarnaschelli's signature reinterpretations of classic New American fare such as Grilled Halibut with Roasted Asparagus and Squash Emulsion and Grilled Prime New York Strip Steak with "Stuffed" White Mushrooms and Matre d' Butter.
